Angulique Y. Outlaw,
PhD
Director of Prevention Programming
Dr. Angulique Y. Outlaw is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health Sciences at the Wayne State University (WSU) School of Medicine. She is also the Director of Prevention Services for Horizons Project, a grant-funded, comprehensive continuum of care program for at-risk youth and youth living with HIV ages 13 – 24. Dr. Outlaw has worked in the field of HIV for over 20 years. She has provided clinical services for children, youth, and adults living with HIV, and has expertise in the areas of academic/service research, intervention development, and program evaluation. She is a pediatric psychologist with significant expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions for high-risk youth utilizing community-based participatory research (CBPR) practices.

Mr. Ari Hampton has been an employee of Wayne State University (WSU) School of Medicine since 2012. Mr. Hampton is a health educator by training and a international HIV activist whose passion for community-based advocacy fuels his service as Manager of Prevention Services for Wayne State University Prevention (W’SUP) and Current lead for the Michigan HIV/AIDS Council with MDHHS.
